What funding schemes do Wise Occupational Therapy accept?
Wise Occupational Therapy offer services through a number of funding schemes including NDIS, iCare, Workers Compensation and CTP Insurers.
Private Health Insurance could be an option for partial funding if occupational therapy is part of your policy.
Unfortunately, at this stage we do not offer services through My Aged Care or Medicare.
Do you offer pensioner or low income earners rates?
Consessions for pensioners and low income earners are built into the base price. Additional costs are added to the base price depending on funding scheme and location.
What iCare funding schemes does Wise Occupational Therapy provide services for?
Wise Occupational Therapy works with the following iCare funding schemes; Lifetime care, Compulsory third party, Workers’ compensation, and Workers insurance.
Can you recommend another Occupational Therapist near me?

What is the process to book a driving assessment?
Driving Assessments at Wise Occupational Therapy consist of two parts: on-road and off-road. Depending on the client’s diagnosis and licence status, the full assessment may take place in one day or may be split over two days.
Upon enquiry, we will send via email a Referral Form, Transport for NSW Medical Form, Letter to GP and Specialist Medical Form.
The “Fitness to Drive” form is valid for six months. Ensure this is valid at the time of your assessment.
Rates are dependent on funding schemes and location.
Driving Assessments are booked in advance and have a minimum wait time of three months.

What is the approximate waiting time for appointments?
Our Occupational Therapists will try accomodating to time sensitive enquiries. However, the general wait time to secure an appointment is 6-8 weeks.
What is the process to make an appointment?
In order to secure an appointment with one of the OTs at Wise Occupational Therapy, you will need to complete our referral form.
Once this has been submitted and processed, one of our friendly admin staff will be in touch with next steps.
